Sark has come out with a new book similar to The Artist's Way. It is called" Make Your Creative Dreams Real -A Guide for Procrastinators, Perfectionists, and People Who Would Really Rather Sleep All Day!" It is really cool and inspirational and much less structured than the Artist's Way. It's good for people who get over-whelmed easily and she recommends naps alot! :-) check it out and tell me what you think!

All of this has aided me in continuing to create the life that I want for myself. I am so glad to see that you are recommending it to others...and I, myself, love the permission to nap that she grants in her books:-) -

Wed, August 11, 2004 - 12:04 AMSARK is sooo totally cool! Her books have really helped me too and I love this new one becuase it is so similar to The Artist's Way but is more laid back. I always felt guilty for "kitty naps" and Sark says its ok. She actually gave a physical reason : that it alters and resets your brain chemistry, which is so necessary when you feel over-whelmed. I'm sooo glad you joined Tribe and Aha! Creative Goddess! And congrats to you and Miss B on your henna tour. That is so exciting and awesome!! Wed, March 15, 2006 - 11:07 AMOh my goodness. fellow SARK lovers!! I love her book Succulant Wild Woman(women?) She helped me through a lot of my depression. I've read S.W.W. at least 10 times already.
